Telecaller – Solar Company

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our solar energy company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain solar products, rooftop solar solutions, pricing, offers, and advantages.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits/callbacks.
Maintain customer details and daily call records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




Provide excellent customer service and handle basic customer queries professionally.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Confident and polite communication style.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and smartphones.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or solar industry is preferred but freshers can also apply.
