Primary Purpose

Responsibilities:

Facility Operations Support




Assist in day-to-day facility and office administration activities.
Support monitoring of housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance services.
Help ensure office premises, meeting rooms, and common areas are maintained appropriately.
Assist with workplace inspections and reporting facility-related issues.

Administrative Support
Maintain records of facility-related documents, invoices, and service reports.
Assist in updating asset inventories and tracking office supplies.
Support preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and facility documentation.
Coordinate employee facility requests and follow up on issue resolution.

Vendor Coordination
Assist in communicating with service providers and vendors.
Support scheduling maintenance visits and service requests.
Track vendor service completion and maintain related records.

Inventory & Asset Management
