We are looking for an experienced and hands-on
Microsoft 365 / O365 Systems Administrator
who can manage Microsoft cloud settings and support complex identity, automation, and business-system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:
Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
Microsoft Intune
administration and device management
Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
User provisioning and deprovisioning
License and group management
MFA and Conditional Access
Enterprise Applications, SSO and SCIM
Microsoft Purview, DLP,



retention and compliance
Microsoft 365 security and governance
PowerShell scripting and administration automation
Microsoft Power Automate development and troubleshooting
Microsoft Graph/API integrations
Monitoring, reporting and end-user support

Project 1 – ADP → Entra ID → Lattice

The candidate will support an identity provisioning and migration project involving
ADP, Microsoft Entra ID, SCIM and Lattice
.

Responsibilities include:
Document existing ADP/Lattice mappings.
Identify correct Entra attributes for Department, Team, Manager, Title, Employee ID, Location and other employee information.
Configure Lattice as an Entra Enterprise Application/non-gallery SCIM application where required.
Configure and validate SCIM provisioning and attribute mappings.
Validate manager relationships and organizational hierarchy.
Pilot the integration with approximately
5–10 users
