About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to join our pre-opening team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of bar operations, beverages, team management, inventory, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day bar operations.
Set up bar operations, SOPs, menus, and service standards for the pre-opening.
Recruit, train, and develop the bar team.
Manage bar inventory, stock control, and beverage costing.
Ensure quality, consistency, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service.
Work closely with the management and culinary teams to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Manage vendor relationships and beverage procurement.
Monitor sales, wastage, and operational costs.




Create an energetic and professional bar setting.

Requirements
4–6 years of relevant bar management experience.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends.
Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of beverage costing and inventory management.
Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
