Key Responsibilities
Infection Control: Enforce strict sterilization and decontamination standards to prevent surgical site infections.
Workflow Management: Oversee the unidirectional flow of instruments from decontamination and washing to assembly and autoclaving.
Staff Supervision: Train and lead CSSD technicians and support staff on equipment handling.
Inventory Control: Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and timely delivery of surgical trays to the OR.
Core Competencies
Deep knowledge of autoclave and washer-disinfector operations.
Proficiency in biological and chemical indicator testing for sterility validation.
Robust coordination with multidisciplinary surgical teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
