A Quality & Production Engineer in a bakery manufacturing company oversees daily baking operations, maintains product consistency, and enforces food safety rules from raw dough mixing to final packaging. This combined role balances plant output efficiency with strict quality control.

Production Responsibilities
Run daily and weekly baking schedules based on orders.
Watch over dough mixing, proofing, baking, and cooling lines.
Reduce waste and track flour conversion ratios.
Fix machine or workflow issues on the factory floor.
Manage machine upkeep with the maintenance crew.

Quality Assurance (QA/QC) Responsibilities
Check raw ingredients and finished goods for taste, weight, and texture.
Enforce food safety guidelines like GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards.
Run daily lab or physical tests on product batches.




Track root causes for bad batches and write correction plans.
Keep clean logs of all production and inspection sheets.

Job Requirements
Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in a food processing or automated bakery plant.
Skills: Knowledge of industrial ovens, mixers, slicing units, and safety compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
