Job Summary
Digital Bridge International (DBI) is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, generate qualified leads and support the growth of DBI's academic, skill-development and technology initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms and generating measurable business leads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
Manage and grow DBI's social media presence.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Develop and maintain a monthly content and campaign calendar.
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Plan, execute and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Track campaign performance,
lead generation and conversion metrics.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives, videos and promotional materials.
Promote DBI programmes, events, webinars, workshops and technology initiatives.
Manage digital campaigns for recent programmes and institutional initiatives.
Explore recent digital channels and marketing opportunities.
Maintain lead databases and coordinate with the relevant business development team.
Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing.
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Understanding of SEO, content marketing and lead generation.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing metri
