Job Title: Sales Manager FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and achieve sales targets for FMCG products across the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
Appoint and manage distributors and expand the company's market presence.
Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
Plan market visits, track competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities.
Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock availability, and market coverage.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:
5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Valuable knowledge of distributor and retail markets.
Solid communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Candidates with experience in food, snacks, beverages, biscuits, Namkeen, or similar FMCG products will be preferred.
