We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive current business growth across the EMEA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international markets, proven success in acquiring recent logos, and the ability to position and sell IT Staffing and Workforce Solutions to prospective clients.

This position will set a high standard within the organization, so we are looking for a proven doer someone who leads by example and becomes a role model for the team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and analyze potential markets, industries, and target accounts across EMEA.
Generate and qualify recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
Acquire new client logos and build a strong sales pipeline.
Pitch Procyon's IT Staffing, Recruitment, and Workforce Solutions to prospective clients.
Understand client hiring challenges and recommend appropriate staffing solutions.
Build relationships with CXOs, HR/Talent Acquisition leaders, Procurement,



and hiring decision-makers.
Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting discovery presentation negotiation closure.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls.
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information in CRM.
Collaborate with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfillment and account growth.

Requirements
5+ years of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably in IT Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, or Consulting.
Proven track record of new logo acquisition and revenue generation.
Experience selling into EMEA markets.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, market research, prospecting, and consultative selling.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
