About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, driven individual to work directly with the Founder. This is not a traditional role — you will be embedded at the center of decision-making, strategy, and execution. If you are someone who thinks rapid, communicates clearly, and wants to understand how a growing agency operates from the inside, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and special projects
Conduct research and prepare reports, decks, and briefs to support key decisions
Coordinate and follow up across teams to ensure timely execution of action items
Identify operational gaps and help build systems and processes to fix them




Represent the Founder's office in internal and external communications when required
Track business metrics, OKRs, and other performance indicators regularly
Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and priorities where needed

Who You Are
1–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, marketing, or agency workplace
Extremely strong communication skills — written and verbal
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take ownership without constant direction
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and presentation tools
Prior experience in a D2C or marketing agency is a solid advantage
