About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head with a proven track record in a target-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in finance, and will play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding our franchise network, and selling investment products. This role demands a solid ability to conduct client presentations, multitask effectively, and generate substantial business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand business operations.

Utilize expertise in financial products/services to sell investments, effectively persuading clients and investors.





Identify and allocate franchises, fostering the growth of the company's network.

Conduct compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the advantages of our financial products/services.

Drive sales by bringing in investments and justifying the salary through measurable results.

Lead a team, providing guidance and support to achieve collective sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

4 to 5 years of proven experience in a target-driven marketing/sales role, preferably in the financial sector.

Strong financial background and expertise in investment products/services is a significant advantage.

Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to convey complex financial concepts convincingly.
