Job Overview

We are looking for a CRM & Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team by managing CRM activities, sales pipelines, lead tracking, follow-ups, MIS reporting, and day-to-day sales coordination.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, sales reporting, and sales coordination. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring that leads and sales activities are properly tracked and followed up.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM data,



including leads, prospects, clients, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Track leads from initial enquiry through follow-up, conversion, and closure.
Ensure timely and accurate updating of sales activities in the CRM.
Monitor the sales pipeline and identify pending and inactive opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily follow-ups, meetings, demonstrations, proposals, and closures.
Track sales targets, achievements, lead conversion, pending prospects, and pipeline status.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports.
Generate CRM-based reports for management and sales review meetings.
Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely action by the concerned sales team members.
Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, proposals, presentations, orders, and other sales requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
