About the Role:

The Marketing Executive will serve as the backbone of the marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and accurate reporting. This role requires a highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks, supporting marketing campaigns, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration & Coordination

* Handle backend reporting and maintain accurate lead data management for campaigns and promotions.

* Act as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors including printing agencies, creative teams, and flex/banner suppliers.

* Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the marketing team and branch offices.

* Maintain calendars, schedules, and documentation for marketing campaigns and events.

2. Campaign & Event Support





* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and pre-launch events.

* Support preparation of marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials.

* Track marketing campaign performance metrics and report insights to the team.

3. Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain and update databases for leads, client inquiries, and campaign results.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for marketing activities and budgets.

* Ensure proper archiving of campaign files, vendor invoices, and marketing materials.

4. Team Support & Communication

* Facilitate effective communication between marketing team members, branches, and external vendors.

* Support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
