About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized and proactive Business Operations Executive to support our sourcing, tendering, customer coordination and day-to-day commercial operations.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to procurement, vendor development, logistics, tenders, customer communication, documentation and basic commercial/accounts processes.

The position is suitable for someone who enjoys researching information online, communicating with people, working with data and documents, and learning how different functions of a business work together.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify suppliers/manufacturers for raw materials, components, packaging materials and other business requirements.
Compare suppliers, pricing, specifications,



availability and commercial terms.
Research freight, transport, courier, packaging and logistics options.
Search relevant government, PSU, institutional and private tenders through online tender portals.
Review tender requirements and prepare tender documentation/checklists.
Coordinate collection and submission of documents required for tender participation.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, due dates, EMDs, quotations and follow-ups.
Communicate professionally with existing and prospective customers through telephone, email and messaging platforms.
Respond to routine customer queries regarding products, quotations, documents, dispatches and order status.
Coordinate internally for quotations, orders, dispatches and customer requirements.
Maintain systematic digital and physical filing of commercial, customer and tender-related documents.
Enter and maintain records of purchase bills, expense
