KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Targets Ownership:
Take ownership of revenue targets given.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales Life Cycle Management:
Oversee the entire sales life cycle, including hiring, training, and retaining talent.
Set up, measure, and continuously improve sales targets, conversion funnel, and sales KPIs.

Market and Consumer Insights:




Bring market and consumer insights to influence product and offering strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with customer needs.

Planning and Reporting:
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the Inside Sales Teams.
Update and maintain reports related to sales performance.

Leadership and Team Development:
Provide strategic leadership to the Inside Sales Teams.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Communication and Decision Making:
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Make independent decisions to drive sales success.

Quality Assurance Collaboration:
Provide insights and support for continuous improvement in sales quality.

Industry Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to sales operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
