Role & responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, field visits, references, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/projects.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and property/project walkthroughs.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and closure.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide support throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences in the Coimbatore market.

Preferred candidate profile
2 - 10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Real Estate Sales / Field Sales preferred.
Candidates with experience in the Coimbatore market will be preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales results.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for field sales roles.
Freshers with robust communication and a positive attitude may also be considered.
