Role & responsibilities
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, products, and environmental samples.
Conduct environmental monitoring of production and cleanroom areas.
Perform sterility, microbial limit, and microbial identification tests as applicable.
Maintain microbiology laboratory equipment, cultures, and records.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS), contamination, and microbial excursions.
Prepare and maintain test reports, logbooks, and laboratory documentation.
Support validation, media preparation, and microbiological qualification activities.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology or related field.
25 years of experience in pharmaceutical microbiology preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs, and microbiological testing.
Familiarity with environmental monitoring, sterility and microbial limit testing.
Positive documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and aseptic working practices.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
