We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with robust knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliation, Cost Booking and Accounting Entries. Candidates with experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Shipping industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Process and record payment entries, receipt entries and accounting transactions.
Handle local payments and overseas remittances.
Prepare and process vendor payments and customer receipts.
Perform cost booking, purchase entries and sales entries.
Handle job costing / job clearing and ensure accurate job-wise accounting.
Manage invoicing and billing activities.
Prepare and verify purchase invoices, sales invoices and expense invoices.
Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.




Maintain monthly expense records and accounting documentation.
Handle petty cash management and petty cash entries.
Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables/recovery.
Verify accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and banks for accounting-related matters.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions.
