Location: Indore (On-site)
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (9 Hours, Flexible Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operations, support trading applications, and handle technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure
Monitor trading applications to ensure uninterrupted performance
Perform regular system backups and ensure data security
Manage firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and exchange technical teams
Provide technical support through inbound and outbound calls
Ensure system uptime, performance, and security compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications




Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and system administration
Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
Understanding of firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security tools
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in flexible shifts

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications like CCNA, MCSA (optional but preferred)
