Responsibilities
• Define program objectives and establish explicit deliverables that align with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects within the program.
• Monitor program progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing transparent and transparent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Manage program budget, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.




• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across the program.
• Report on program KPIs and business outcomes to executive leadership.

Qualifications
• Robust knowledge of program and project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience managing large, complex programs across multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
