We are seeking an energetic and organized HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings and sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews and facilitating the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Post open job descriptions across various career portals, social media, and job boards.
Source potential candidates through databases, online networks, and qualified platforms.
Screen incoming resumes and applications to select qualified candidates.
Conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to assess applicant suitability, skills, and culture fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Assist with background checks, reference checks, and issuing offer letters.




Support onboarding activities for recent hires.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
Robust communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
