Key Responsibilities
Must have experience within schools with a CBSE curriculum
Provide individual and group counselling to students across different age groups.
Address students’ emotional, behavioural, social, academic, and peer-related concerns.
Conduct age-appropriate sessions on mental well-being, life skills, stress management, self-awareness, relationships, and emotional regulation.
Identify early signs of emotional or behavioural concerns and recommend appropriate interventions.
Maintain confidential and accurate counselling records and case documentation.
Work closely with teachers and school leadership to understand and address student concerns.
Conduct parent consultations and provide guidance on student-related concerns when required.
Support students with academic stress, examination anxiety, peer pressure, bullying, adjustment issues, and other school-related challenges.
Develop and implement student well-being and awareness programmes.




Conduct screening/assessment activities within the scope of skilled qualifications and school policies.
Refer students to external mental health professionals or specialists when concerns require specialised intervention.
Participate in child protection and safeguarding initiatives in accordance with school policies.
Maintain skilled confidentiality while following mandatory reporting and safeguarding requirements.
Support the school in creating an inclusive, respectful, and emotionally safe setting.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology from a recognised university.
Additional certification in School Counselling, Child Psychology, Counselling Skills, or Guidance & Counselling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
