Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting senior leadership and handling a variety of administrative, coordination, and communication tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEOs daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Organize domestic and international travel including flight bookings, visa processing (if needed), hotel arrangements, and transportation.




Organizing and assisting in Annual meetings, and other events.
Prepare qualified presentations (PowerPoint), reports (Word), and spreadsheets (Excel) as per CEOs requirements.
Review, track, and organize significant reports and documents; assist in preparing meeting briefs.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Maintain task trackers, project timelines, and follow-up on action items as directed by the CEO.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Take minutes during meetings and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Perform any other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies Required:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel (advanced level), Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
