Role & responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
