About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales, build robust client relationships, and generate new business opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate recent business through corporate clients, travel agents, event companies, and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle corporate sales, events, group bookings, and partnerships.
Conduct client meetings, property visits, and sales presentations.
Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts, packages, and commercial terms with clients.
Maintain regular sales reports and track targets and achievements.




Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth client servicing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality sales and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple clients and sales activities effectively.
