About the Role

Auramah Valley is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage housekeeping operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest comfort, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest areas, public areas, staff accommodation, and back-of-house areas.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
Manage staff scheduling, duty allocation, attendance, and performance.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards.
Handle guest complaints and special housekeeping requests professionally.
Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and guest amenities.




Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely procurement.
Develop and implement SOPs, cleaning schedules, and checklists.
Train and motivate housekeeping teams on service standards, grooming, and safety.
Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Prepare housekeeping reports and support cost-control initiatives.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality prefer
