Key Responsibilities
Appraise Gold Loan applications as per company policies and guidelines.
Verify and approve customer KYC documents and ensure compliance with KYC norms.
Validate customer information and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure timely processing of Gold Loan applications and KYC approvals.
Coordinate with branches and relevant teams for clarification or resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loan appraisal and KYC approvals.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, regulatory requirements, and risk guidelines.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of KYC and loan processing procedures.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
