Job Description – In-House Service Engineer

Position: In-House Service Engineer
Department: Service & Technical Support
Experience: 1–4 Years
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

· Installation, testing, servicing, and maintenance of medical equipment.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical/electronic issues.

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

· Conduct quality checks before dispatch of equipment.

· Maintain service reports, repair records, and equipment documentation.

· Coordinate with production, QC, and sales teams for technical requirements.

· Provide technical support to customers and field service engineers when required.

Required Skills

· ITI/ Diploma/B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

· Positive knowledge of medical equipment and electronic troubleshooting.

· Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and service documentation.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
