Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head / Sales Head to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Cloud, Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Managed Services, with proven experience in scaling business, leading high-performing sales teams, and achieving aggressive growth targets.

The role carries end-to-end responsibility for business development, sales strategy, customer acquisition, account growth, profitability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute the organization's sales and business growth strategy.




Drive recent customer acquisition across domestic and international markets.
Identify emerging market opportunities and develop current service offerings.
Own annual revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth.

Sales Leadership
Lead enterprise sales for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions.
Build and manage a high-performing sales organization.
Establish sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and governance.
Drive consultative and solution-based selling.
Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
Lead strategic customer engagements and contract negotiations.
Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing cli
