Responsibilities:
Average communication both verbal and written as customer interaction would be needed, higher level of decision making
Ability to comprehend information/exceptions and process transaction in line with SOP
Attention to details, high accuracy
Problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to deliver work as per agreed accuracy service levels along with good efficiency
Escalation management operations for better client relationship & experience
Commerce graduate (preferred) for transaction processing with relevant years of experience
