Job Description
As a Tech Writer here at Honeywell, you will have the prospect to develop and implement documentation standards, processes, and best practices. Your expertise in technical writing principles, style guides, and industry standards will ensure consistency and adherence to quality guidelines. You will also review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.

Lead the development of high-quality technical documentation for complex products and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content
Research, analyze, and interpret technical information to create explicit and concise documentation
Develop and implement documentation standards, processes, and best practices
Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines




Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical writers
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technical writing tools and methodologies

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 0 years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a principal or senior role
Robust knowledge of technical writing principles, style guides, and documentation standards
Proficiency in using authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Experience in leading and mentoring technical writing teams
