Medinext Global LLC is looking for an experienced Human Resource to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees in a quick-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, strong English communication skills, and a solid understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

This is a full-time, on-site night shift position.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance records.
Manage employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
Assist with HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
Coordinate with management on employee-related matters.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.




Support other HR and administrative activities as required.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
Understanding of employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR processes.
Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
Comfortable working in an on-site night shift environment.
Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and standard HR tools.
