We are hiring experienced Lead UI/UX Designers with strong Figma expertise for an urgent contract prospect.

Role: Lead UI/UX Designer – Figma
Experience: 10+ Years
Budget: ₹80,000 – ₹95,000 per month
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Employment Type: Contract
Payroll: Vendor Payroll
Work Mode: Onsite
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida
Joining: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and digital applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business teams, and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
Conduct design reviews and provide UI/UX guidance to development teams.
Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and user journeys.





Required Skills
10+ years of qualified UI/UX design experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Figma.
Robust understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and usability.
Experience leading UI/UX initiatives or design teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects.
Must be comfortable working onsite.
Immediate availability is mandatory/preferred.
