Job Description:
Handle enquiries from customers for domestic and international holiday packages.
Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.
Prepare customized tour packages and itineraries.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers and other travel partners.
Handle sales calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer follow-ups.
Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing and terms to customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain customer records and update enquiry status.
Assist customers with hotel, flight, sightseeing, transportation and visa-related requirements.
Resolve customer queries before and during the travel process.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
