Education: Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or Master of Law (LL.M.) from Tier 1 or 2 college
Exp Level: 3 - 7 Years post qualification. Prior Experience in Prominent legal firm is must.

Firm is looking for a qualified and experienced individual for the firms corporate advisory and transactional team. We undertake a broad spectrum of legal work including domestic and cross border transactions, general corporate advisory, and commercial contract negotiation.

Skills
Sound understanding and interpretation of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
Solid drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills with the ability to independently handle sophisticated legal documentation.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities.
Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers and team members.
Solid stakeholder and client management skills.
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.




Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present and discuss complex legal issues in a explicit and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize transaction and commercial documents for domestic and cross border matters.
Lead and manage legal due diligence exercises and prepare comprehensive due diligence reports.
Advise clients on matters relating to various laws including Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations.
Independently manage client engagements and ensure timely completion of deliverables with minimal supervision.
Lead client calls, meetings, negotiations, and discussions while maintaining robust client relationships.
Contribute to knowledge management initiatives, legal updates, articles, and client alerts.
