Key Responsibilities:

Academic Service & Leadership
Contribute to departmental committees, curriculum development, and strategic planning.
Organize academic events, such as conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Provide mentorship to junior faculty, adjunct instructors, and students.
Represent MIET at skilled conferences, industry forums, and academic associations.
