Job Description

The role involves supporting rubber compound development, laboratory evaluation, material testing, and product development activities while working alongside experienced R&D; professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Support rubber compound development and formulation activities.
Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of rubber compounds and raw materials.
Assist in material characterization and performance evaluation.
Support tyre development and product improvement projects.
Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
Assist in troubleshooting and improvement of rubber compound performance.
Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical teams.




Contribute to recent product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. in Rubber Technology / Rubber Engineering
Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
Solid understanding of rubber technology, polymers, compounding, and material testing preferred.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
