Freight Forwarding & Logistics experience is required

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and process export and import documentation.

* Draft and verify House Bill of Lading (HBL), Master Bill of Lading (MBL), Commercial Invoice, Packing

List, Shipping Instructions, and Delivery Orders.

* Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and customers.

* Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and compliance with shipping regulations.

* Follow up with customers for documentation requirements and approvals.

* Maintain shipment records and update documentation in the ERP/system.

* Resolve documentation discrepancies and support smooth cargo movement.





* Coordinate closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding documentation (Import/Export).

* Sound knowledge of shipping documentation and freight forwarding processes.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.
* Location is Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
