Salary:( (Ful Time) ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 CTC per month / (Part Time ) ₹7,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
Provide information and resolve customer issues politely.
Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain good communication with customers.
Update customer details and interaction records.
Follow company policies and processes.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass
Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing skills for chat support.
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
