Key Responsibilities
Own application architecture, technology standards and engineering practices
Review PRs and ensure code quality, security, testing and maintainability
Guide backend, frontend, API and database development
Drive AWS/cloud architecture, CI/CD and DevOps practices
Establish code review, testing and release standards
Use AI tools to improve development productivity, testing and documentation
Track technical debt, vulnerabilities, engineering quality and delivery metrics
Govern internal applications, websites, microsites and vendor-built solutions

What We’re Looking For
Robust hands-on software engineering background
Expertise in
Java, .NET or PHP
Working knowledge of
React, Angular or up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript
Positive
Python




skills for automation and integrations
Solid experience with
REST APIs, databases, authentication and web architecture
Experience with
AWS, CI/CD, Git and cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of testing, code quality and application security
Experience with
AI-assisted development tools

Good to Have

AWS services, Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, SonarQube, CodeQL, Snyk, Dependabot and engineering dashboards.
