We are looking for a agile professional to join our Incentive Advisory team. The role involves advising corporate clients on various government incentive schemes, subsidies, tax incentives and investment promotion programs, with a focus on identifying opportunities and supporting clients through the end-to-end incentive lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise corporate clients on various government incentive schemes, subsidies, PLI schemes and investment incentives.
Identify and evaluate incentive opportunities based on client business operations, investments, industry and location.
Support clients in assessing eligibility and maximizing available incentives and perks.
Assist in preparing incentive applications, claims, supporting documentation and advisory reports.
Conduct research and analysis on central and state-level incentive policies and schemes.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather relevant business, financial and operational information.
Support client discussions and presentations, explaining incentive eligibility, benefits,



processes and compliance requirements.
Track applications, claims and incentive realization and support clients throughout the process.
Prepare presentations, reports, financial analyses and other client deliverables.
Stay updated on changes in government policies, incentive schemes and regulatory developments.

Required Skills & Experience:
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Incentive Advisory, Tax Incentives, Business Advisory, Government Incentives, Subsidy Advisory or a related field.
Prior experience working with corporate/private-sector clients is preferred.
Experience in a Big 4, consulting, skilled services or advisory firm would be an advantage.
Exposure to schemes such as PLI, state incentives, investment subsidies, SEZ/export incentives, R&D; incentives or capital investment incentives.
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
