We're looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow Story Homes by increasing bookings, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening our online presence.

Key Responsibilities1. Drive Sales & Business Development
Generate bookings through inbound and outbound sales calls.
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporates, travel communities, influencers, and other B2B partners.
Identify recent business opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.




Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
Manage OTA Platforms
Manage property listings on OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.
Update room inventory, pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
Optimize listings with compelling descriptions, images, and offers to maximize visibility and bookings.
Monitor OTA performance and recommend strategies to improve occupancy.
Strengthen Digital Presence
Manage and regularly update the Google Business Profile with posts, offers, photos, and announcements.
Respond promptly to guest reviews and inquiries across all online platforms.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
Track competitors, market trends, and suggest initiatives to improve brand visibility and booking performance.
