HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Operations- US Process

Industry: US International Logistics / Freight Brokerage

We are looking for an HR Manager with robust Talent Acquisition expertise and hands-on exposure to HR Operations. The primary responsibility will be hiring and building a solid logistics workforce, along with managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, with a major focus on hiring for Freight Brokerage and International Logistics roles.
Manage bulk and specialized hiring for Freight Brokers, Logistics Coordinators, Carrier Sales, Operations, Team Leaders, and support roles.
Build talent pipelines through sourcing, headhunting, referrals, job portals, and recruitment networks.
Manage recruitment targets, interview coordination, selection, salary negotiation,



and onboarding.
Handle HR Operations including attendance, employee records, performance management, PIPs/warnings, employee engagement, and grievances.
Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and employee-related requirements.
Monitor HR metrics including hiring, joining ratio, attrition, and employee performance.
Support payroll inputs, confirmations, salary revisions, and other HR documentation.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in International Logistics / Freight Brokerage / US Logistics processes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
