Job Title: Sales Manager / Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing

Location: Mumbai , Hyderabad, Delhi & Kolkata

Reporting To: Head Sales / Business Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented professional to drive sales and marketing operations for cables and conductors business across assigned regions. The role involves territory coverage, customer acquisition, branding, and business development, ensuring revenue growth and solid market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Sales & Business Development

* Handle assigned geographical area / multiple territories

* Identify new customers, EPC contractors, distributors, utilities, and project clients

* Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed business prospects





* Achieve defined regional sales targets and growth objectives
Marketing & Branding Activities

* Execute marketing strategies for product promotion in assigned territories

* Coordinate for product positioning, branding, and promotional campaigns

* Support participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events

* Gather customer feedback and support product improvement initiatives
Client Relationship & Account Management

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

* Regular visits to customers across territories for business development

* Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Tendering & Commercial Activities

* Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions

* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

* Track tender pipelines and conversion ratio
Sales Execution & Coordination

* Coordinate with production, planning,
