Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day MEP execution at site HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting & Medical as applicable
Coordinate with vendors/labour contractors on execution schedules and quality expectations
Conduct quality checks against approved drawings and specifications; raise NCRs for non-conformance
Track material consumption and progress against the execution schedule
Liaise with the design/coordination team (HQ) on site queries and drawing clarifications
Ensure HSE compliance for MEP work at site (permits, PPE, isolation procedures)
Report daily/weekly progress (DPR/WPR) for MEP scope to the Project Engineer/Regional Manager

Preferred candidate profile
3 to 6 years of hands-on MEP site execution experience not purely office/design-based
Ability to read and execute against GA/shop drawings on site




Working knowledge of at least one core MEP discipline (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire-fighting)
Basic HSE and quality-check discipline (permit-to-work, NCR process)
Experience directly supervising vendor/labour teams on site
Willingness to be based at or travel to assigned project site(s)
B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) or Diploma in relevant discipline
