Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the architecture, design, and development of microservices and APIs using .NET 8.
Define coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for the team.
Provide technical mentorship and perform design/code reviews.
Workflow Orchestration (Orkes Conductor) - valuable to have but not a deal breaker
Design and implement workflow-driven microservices using Orkes Conductor.
Develop task workers, event handlers, and workflow definitions.
Integrate Conductor workflows with existing .NET microservices and APIs.
Optimize workflow execution, retry logic, and failure handling strategies.
Architecture & Integration
Work closely with architects to evolve system design for high availability, scalability, and observability.
Integrate backend services with cloud-native components (Azure preferred).
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation (Kubernetes, Docker).
Collaboration & Delivery




Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through automated testing and monitoring.
