Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 6+ years of hands-on corporate HR experience to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll, attendance, leave management, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and employee engagement.

The candidate should have a secure career history, qualified personality, solid communication skills, and the ability to independently manage HR activities and employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and salary administration.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll in coordination with relevant teams.
Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.




Conduct and manage performance appraisal and review processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee-related guidelines.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel documents.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, attendance, payroll, and employee-related reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Drive employee engagement and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with management and department heads on employee-related matters.
Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management as required.
Monitor employee performance and support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
