Job Purpose

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth, market penetration, and brand recognition for our premium UK-engineered garage equipment across India. This leadership role involves designing and executing strategic sales plans, establishing a robust distributor network, managing key accounts (OEMs, major workshop chains, and tier-1 service centres), and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between UK corporate strategies and local Indian market dynamics to position the company as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth




Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with global UK business objectives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify recent business prospects and market segments.
Manage the annual sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI on all campaigns and initiatives.
Sales & Channel Management
Dealer/Distributor Network: Identify, onboard, and manage a robust network of pan-India distributors and dealers specializing in automotive workshop equipment.
OEM & Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile OEMs (passenger and commercial vehicles), corporate workshop chains, and public sector transport undertakings.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel from lead generation to technical consultation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales equipment installation support.
