Plan and monitor daily fabrication production.
Read and understand fabrication drawings and BOM.
Handle cutting, fit-up, welding, grinding and assembly activities.
Allocate work to fabricators, welders and helpers.
Monitor production target, quality and delivery.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores and Purchase teams.
Reduce material wastage, rejection and rework.
Ensure safety and proper use of PPE.
Prepare daily production reports.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
