Job Responsibilities:
Assist the production team in daily factory operations.
Learn and follow production processes and work procedures.
Support in assembly, finishing, packing, and other production activities.
Handle materials and tools carefully as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team members.
Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and regular attendance.

Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Plus Two / ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Willingness to learn and develop practical skills.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
Comfortable working in a structured factory workplace.
